Rosa Lopes, Gonçalves Mendes & Associados, SROC, Lda. (hereinafter “RLGM & Associados” or “Company”) respects the privacy of its customers, suppliers and users of its websites (“website”). This Privacy Policy describes who we are, what personal data we collect, how we collect that data, for what purposes we may use your data, how we treat it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, as well as ways to contact you. with us and to exercise your rights.
WHO WE ARE?
Your personal data will be processed by RLGM & Associados, Sociedade de Revisores Oficiais de Contas, with headquarters at Rua D. João de Castro N.º 71-C 4.º Dto., Entroncamento. The Company is responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
The Company processes, among others, the following categories of personal data:

- Contact details (e.g. address, email address and mobile/telephone number)
- Tracking data (e.g. computer address, location)
HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Company collects your personal data directly, namely when you contact us, for any reason, through our website www.rlgm.pt, by telephone +351 249 720 080 (call to the national landline network). or through the email contacts available on the website, the main email being geral@rlgm.pt.
WHY DO WE NEED YOUR DATA?
The Company will process your personal data for the following purposes:
– Management of customers and potential customers
The processing of your personal data is necessary for the execution of the contract to be concluded between you and the Company in order to provide our services. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested. Your personal data, processed based on the performance of a contract, will be kept for a period of 2 years after your last contact.
Customers’ personal data may also be processed based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Company, namely for the purposes of managing litigation. Personal data processed for this purpose will be kept for the period necessary to exercise the respective rights.
– Marketing
The Company may process your data to send you information about its products and services. This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, given when subscribing to the Newsletter. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email. Failure to provide your personal data makes it impossible for the Company to send you commercial communications. Your data, processed based on your consent, will be kept for this purpose for a period of 2 years after your last order. You may, at any time, oppose this data processing by revoking your consent.
– Management of complaints and contacts received by the Company
You can send us, via email geral@rlgm.pt, suggestions, opinions or complaints regarding the services provided by the Company. Your personal data (will be processed for this purpose based on your consent and based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Company, namely to process and respond to any contact or request for information and to resolve the situation underlying your complaint. Your data, processed based on your consent and the Company’s legitimate interests, will be kept for this purpose for as long as necessary to resolve your issue.
– Supplier management
Suppliers’ personal data may be processed by the Company for the purposes of contract management and litigation. The legal basis is the execution of the Company’s contractual obligations and the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of the Company for the purposes of litigation management. The data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill contracts and exercise the Company’s rights.
Data from the Company’s suppliers may be communicated to the Company’s customers to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
WILL MY INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH OTHERS?
Your personal data may be processed by companies subcontracted by the Company, particularly for hosting the website or email. Only the personal data necessary to provide the service in question is provided to these companies. Whenever these third parties process personal data in the name and on behalf of the Company, they will only process the data in accordance with the express instructions given by the Company.
- Personal data may also be accessed by auditors internal and external to the Company, with the guarantee that they will be kept confidential and will not be used for purposes other than audits.

If you want more than one copy of your personal data being processed, the Company makes this service subject to the payment of a fee for administrative costs.

- Right to limit treatment – you have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of your data in certain cases, namely, as compensation for unlawful processing and if you oppose the erasure of your data; if the Company no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but they are required by you for the purposes of declaring, exercising, or defending a right in legal proceedings; if you dispute the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the Company to verify its accuracy; and if you object to the processing, until verification that the Company’s legitimate reasons prevail.
- Right to data portability – if the processing depends on your consent and this was provided by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- Right to object – you can object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data, particularly when the processing is carried out (i) for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company; (ii) for direct marketing purposes; or (iii) for profile definitions.
Your requests will be treated with special care to ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that personal data is only shared with the data subject.
You should bear in mind that in certain cases (for example, due to legal requirements) your request may not be fulfilled immediately.
In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken in this regard, within a period of one month from the moment the request is made.
CAN I REVOKE MY CONSENT LATER?
If consent is legally necessary for the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of previously given consent nor subsequent processing of the same data, based on another basis legal, as is the case with the execution of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject.
