The history of RLGM & Associados began in 1989, being officially founded as Rosa Lopes, Gonçalves Mendes & Associados, SROC, Lda. in 1999. We leave below the most important milestones throughout more than 30 years of history.

90's

First steps

In 1989, Carlos António Rosa Lopes, who was to become the first partner, with an office in the North-West zone of Entroncamento, started to perform the Legal Revision of Accounts alone.

In 1993 Carlos António Rosa Lopes joined José de Jesus Gonçalves Mendes, then formed Rosa Lopes, Gonçalves Mendes, S.R.O.C.. In that same year, the society changed its headquarters to Rua Engenheiro Mário Costa, closer to the Entroncamento city center.

In 1996, the first financial auditor of the society was hired, whose function was to assist the two partners in their activity.

In the year of 1999 João Manuel Rosa Lopes joined the society which was renamed to Rosa Lopes, Gonçalves Mendes & Associado, S.R.O.C..

2000's

Team formation

In 2000, the society changed to its current location, which is located in Rua D. João de Castro. This same year, another financial auditor also joined the service to assit the three partners.

In 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009 e 2010 new financial auditors joined the society in order to respond, boht to the growing needs to providing better quality services and the emergence of new markets and horizons.

Also in 2010, with the entry of Alexandre Miguel Dinis Lopes, the society became a limited company, assuming the current designation of Rosa Lopes, Gonçalves Mendes & Associados, SROC, Lda..

Present

Innovation and success

Today Rosa Lopes, Gonçalves Mendes & Associados, SROC, Lda., provides services to near 150 companies / entities, and is betting more and more on new markets, looking for innovation and offering an even better service.

In 2018 entered into full operation with RLGM - Auditoria e Gestão, Lda in Angola (www.rlgmafrica.com):

In 2020, with the death of partner João Manuel Rosa Lopes, a partial restructuring of the society took place, where the entry into the partnership of Miguel Filipe Ribeiro Mendes.
